Calendar 2012

For our calendar this year we are asking for submissions of artwork depicting the Tramstop Garden. We will need a picture for each month and one for the cover so there is plenty of opportunity to get your picture included. Artwork can be any size, any style and any medium.

The subject must be the Tramstop Garden but could show people at the allotment having fun, gardening or enjoying the space. You might like to capture the atmosphere on the allotment early in the morning or in the evening as the sun is setting. Perhaps you want to show a detail of a plant or animal you have found there.

Submissions must be made to Alison Anderson by 30th September 2011. For more information please email info@thetramstopgarden.co.uk.

Out and About For Pentecost Worship

It's a case of 'out and about' for our morning worship for Pentecost (Sunday May 23rd) when we celebrate God's gift of the Holy Spirit. There will be no service at Central. Instead we are having a joint celebration with our friends at Eastside Methodist Church (Bestwood Road, Hucknall), commencing with a short time of 'Joint Worship' and then sharing in activities at the chapel and the nearby Community Allotment. We will conclude with drinks and biscuits back at Eastside Chapel.
